Gabriella's Smile Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports children with cancer and their families. We respect your privacy and the trust you place in us. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect
When you fill out one of our forms (for example, a family assistance request, program registration, volunteer form, or event order), we collect the information you choose to give us, such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and details about your family's needs. When you donate or buy event items, our payment partners process your payment information; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your requests, provide support services, schedule appointments and programs, coordinate events, process donations and orders, and keep our records.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our forms, payments, and communications (for example, our form, donation, and phone/texting providers), and only so they can provide those services to us, or when required by law.
Your choices
You may ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing info@gabriellassmile.org or calling (210) 670-6200.
SMS / Text Message Terms and Privacy
Program description and consent (opt-in)
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the text message consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Gabriella's Smile Foundation about support services, appointments, program and event logistics, and responses to your requests for help at our Children's Cancer Support Center. Consent is optional and is not required to receive services, register for a program, or submit a form.

Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opting out
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation message, and we will not send further texts to your number unless you opt in again.
